He/ She must have a minimum of 10 Years of Experience and at least 5 years in the financial analysis field. He/ She shall be conversant on project finance and able to carry out financial modelling and analysis. He/ She shall have sound previous experience in performing financial analysis and planning functions and activities in India’s public sector, preferably in relation to Power project and/or asset management financing matters. Experience in EAP funded project will be preferable. Moreover, the expert must have experience of working under PMC services/consultant for a period of minimum 3 years
