- The Procurement and Contract Expert shall have an professional work record of not less than 10 years in managing procurement and contract management for works of similar nature. - Moreover, the expert must have experience of working under PMC services/consultant for a period of minimum 3 years for any Externally Aided Project. They should have well conversant with the procurement guidelines and procedures of the externally aided project. Expert having certification from MDBs, will be preferable.
